The admission process for the above-mentioned courses at MITCORER is governed by the Admission Regulating Authority of the State Government of Maharashtra, every year. The aspiring candidates shall be eligible as per the criteria decided by the competent admission authority. In all, 20% seats of the total sanctioned intake for every course are admitted by the management under institutional quota. However, the procedure for admitting the students is purely on merit basis and as prescribed in the admission brochure published every year by the Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra.
Eligibility Criteria:
(1) Maharashtra State Candidature Candidate. –
(i) The Candidate should be an Indian National;
(ii) Passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical Vocational subjects, and obtained at least 45% marks (at least 40% marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) in the above subjects taken together and The Candidate should have appeared in all the subjects in MHT-CET 2020 and should obtain non zero score in MHT-CET 2020.
Or
(ii) Passed Diploma in Engineering and Technology and obtained at least 45% marks (at least 40% marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only);
(2) All India Candidature Candidates, Jammu and Kashmir Migrant Candidature Candidates. –
(i)The Candidate should be an Indian National;
(ii) Passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical Vocational subjects and obtained at least 45% marks (at least 40% marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) in the above subjects taken together and should obtain non zero positive score in JEE Main Paper I or the candidate should have appeared in all the subjects in MHT-CET 2020 and should Obtain non zero score in MHT-CET 2020. However, preference shall be given to the candidate obtaining non zero positive score in JEE (Main) Paper I over the candidates who obtained non zero score in MHT-CET 2020.
Or
(ii) Passed Diploma in Engineering and Technology and obtained at least 45% marks (at least 40% marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only);
(3) NRI / OCI / PIO, Children of Indian workers in the Gulf countries, Foreign National. –
The candidate should have passed the HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical r Vocational subjects, and obtained at least 50% marks in the above subjects taken together;

In addition to educational qualification as specified, candidates from Maharashtra State as well as outside Maharashtra State are required to appear & qualify in Joint Entrance Examination 2020 (JEE-2020) conducted by C.B.S.E., New Delhi for the Academic Year 2020-21 to be eligible for admission.
For the candidates wishing admission under Institute Level Quota
Candidates from Maharashtra State as well as from outside Maharashtra State having educational qualification as specified, are eligible for Institute Level Quota seats.

Admission Procedure
Candidates are advised to follow the rules for admission to First Year Engineering and direct admission to Second Year Engineering degree courses as published by the Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra State from time to time.
However some of the basic guidelines are given below.
All the candidates are advised to submit their applications to the Admission Authorities notified by the Government of Maharashtra on or before the last date of application, unless specified differently elsewhere.
1) First year Bachelors 2018-19:
The fee structure of the Bachelors in Engineering will be as per the approval by the Shikshan Shulk Samiti.
2) Direct Second Year Engineering 2018-19:
Note : Final fee for first year Engineering and Direct Second year Engineering 2018-19 Decided by Shikshan Shulka Samiti.
