MAEERs MIT College of Railway Engineering and Research is Maharashtra’s first institute to focus on Railway Engineering curriculum at Barshi, Solapur which imparts industry required skills along with a strong foundation of knowledge to our students. The training and placement cell and individual departments on the campus provide practical training to students to simulate real-life experience. Our industry partners have actively supported us in designing curriculum, expert guest sessions, sector-specific mentoring, onsite visits, and interesting Internship projects. This ensures that our students are transformed into industry-ready professionals.

The internship opportunities provided to the students is a unique feature of our institute. Students appreciate this unique model such as internships with valuable learning experiences of Corporate Work Culture help them to get more sense of responsibility. Our placement team gives a lot of emphasis on grooming, presentation, communication, mock interviews, and overall personality development, to ensure that our students stand out differently. The internship and placement team is continuously engaged with all our corporate partners to provide complementary learning modules. We have signed over 15 MoUs with various industries which will help us have the engagement of students and the entire institute with the industry through field visits, internships, sponsored projects, and placements.
